  • 1/2 cup chopped deli ham
  • 6 slices de cheddar


  1. Heat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 10-x15-inch or 12-x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine the eggs, peppers and ham in a bowl. Let the eggs cool on a baking sheet.
  3. Butter the buns or use other spreadable fats to toast them. To top the eggs, add the cheese, bacon or leftover sandwich bun.
