Our first step is to shape and make our beef patties. Place 1 lb. Combine 1 lb. Next, grate 1 Knorr beef cutlet for a meaty taste. Mix them well.

We are now ready to shape the patties. Take 1/4 cup of the mixture and form it into a ball. Next, flatten the patties. Once you have made your patties, prepare to cook them.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Let the patties cook on one side until they are golden brown. Flip them over and repeat the process for the second side. When both sides are browned and crispy, remove the patties from the pan and let them cool in the refrigerator.

It’s time to get busy with the gravy drizzled on top of our burger patties.

In a saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter. After the butter has melted, add 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour to the saucepan. Continue to stir the mixture for 8 minutes on medium heat. You should get a lovely brown roux.

Continue to add 1 3/4 cups water to the mixture and mix them together until well combined. As you do this, your gravy should thicken over time.
For a rich flavorful sauce, add 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 cup of garlic powder, ground pepper, and 1/4 cup of Knorr liquid spice to the saucepan. These ingredients should be cooked together for 30 seconds. Next, add 5 ounces of thinly cut button mushrooms to the saucepan. Continue to cook for one minute. Then, set aside your sauce.

Make your Beef Burger Steak and be ready to serve.

Now, we need to make the patties that we left behind earlier. These patties should be placed over a cup warm, freshly cooked rice. Pour the gravy sauce that you made earlier over your patties.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 piece egg beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 piece Knorr Beef Cube
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Gravy ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Knorr liquid seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 5 ounces of button mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 piece Knorr Beef Cube


  • Mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder and ground black pepper to make beef patties. One piece of Knorr beef cube. Combine everything.
  • Scoop 1/4 cup of the mixture into the bowl and make patties. Form it into balls and flatten.
  • In a saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Cook the patties on one side until they are golden brown. Flip it over and repeat the process for the other side. Take it out of the pan. It should be set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter to make gravy
  • Add all-purpose flour. To make a brown roux, heat on medium heat and stir for 8 minutes.
  • Add Knorr Beef Cube. Stir until melted.
  • Add water to the saucepan. Mix until smooth. You will notice that the mixture gradually thickens over time.
  • Mix in onion powder, garlic powder and ground black pepper. Add Knorr Liquid seasoning. Cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms. Cook for one minute. Set aside.
  • Place beef patties on a cup of steamed white rice, and then drizzle beef gravy over them
